4 months from TODAY, I will be marrying the man of my dreams. I am so happy that I have found the most loving, thoughtful, witty, and compassionate man to spend the rest of my life with. I love my fiancé, and I am looking forward to the wedding, but I am looking forward to the marriage SO much more!
I leave you with this…a handful of our engagement pictures we took last fall by our ahhh-maaazing photographer and friend, Dianne Personett.

{The very abridged version of how we met: Matt and I met during happy hour at Thomas Street Tavern for the Panther’s preseason football game. Getting to the restaurant early enough to lock down the best table in the house, 6 girls and I had no idea that I was going to meet my future husband. Likewise, Matt and his 2 buddies also got to TST early enough to grab the 3 best bar stools in front of the big screen {which happened to be a few feet away from our table}. Over the course of the evening I had been eyeballing Matt quite a bit. Finally, with enough encouragement from my girlfriends I decided to squeeze between Matt and his friend to order a drink. Within seconds we were bantering over college football and I was immediately captivated by his wit and charm. Over an hour later, my girls and I were ready to call it a night and we left, but not before I gave my number to Matt and challenged him to a corn hole tournament the following week. Exactly a week later he called, and we’ve been inseparable to this day! I absolutely cannot wait to marry him!}
I thank God for blessing me with so much more than I deserve!
