Easy Pumpkin Bread
A recipe that calls for only two ingredients is always a winner in my book. On top of that, this bread is extremely moist, perfectly pumpkinny and it's so dang delicious that you'll likely eat the whole loaf in one day!
Okay, so on to the ingredients:
1 Can of Pure Pumpkin + 1 Box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix = Easiest Pumpkin Bread EVER
Easy {2 Ingredient} Pumpkin Bread
1 Can Pure Pumpkin
1 Box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
Combine cake mix with pumpkin in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly {batter will be VERY thick}. Pour into baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Refer to cake-mix box for pan size and approximate bake time. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm with {or without} butter.
Trying this stat! Looks delicious!

My mom picked up the ingredients for this and left them at my house so I made muffins this weekend. I thought they were a little gummy but Blaire is gobbling them up! I'll call it a win! :)

ReplyDeleteI volunteered to bring pumpkin bread for Bosses' Day on Wednesday and I am now thinking I'm going to scrap my usual somewhat labor-intensive recipe and give this one a try. What a great idea!!

ReplyDeleteThat pumpkin bread looks so delicious! And easy enough even I might be able to make it :)
ReplyDeleteYou can also use that recipe but add chocolate chips and make pumpkin cookies!
ReplyDeleteYour bread looks gorgeous! Nicely captured. I then went on to look at the ingredients of the cake mix but was dismayed to see it's full of chemicals and Yellow 5 Lake. That's a shame.
ReplyDeleteI will be making this ASAP! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletemmm i love pumpkin anything! i'll have to try this recipe soon. xo jillian - cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteMust make this!
ReplyDeleteMade this yesterday and it was delish! My picky 7 year old even ate 3 slices.
ReplyDeleteThis was the absolute best pumpkin bread I ever ate - and the first I ever made! I even added raisins and sprinkled jimmies on top. Fantastic!!!
ReplyDeleteI MAKE THIS ALL THE TIME! My grandma showed me it years ago. I always add 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, a little sugar, some extra spice, and vanilla (you can never have enough vanilla!) The egg makes it extra fluffy. LOVE IT! <3
ReplyDeleteLove making this but I always have to bake it longer because it never bakes fully after 40 min for me. Otherwise its Soooo good!
ReplyDeleteI added 2 eggs! Came out great!! Made 4 mini loafs! Preheat oven on 350! Bake for 30 minutes!!

ReplyDeleteDo you mix the dry cake mix with the pumpkin and bake? Or the prepared cake mix as indicated on the box then add pumpkin?
ReplyDeleteJust the dry mix and can of pumpkin......weird but it works
DeleteSo it's just the cake mix and add the Pumpkin puree or do you mix the cake mix as shown on the box then add the Pumpkin puree
