Fall in Our Home

Over the weekend I added a few fall touches around our home. Man it felt good to finally replace Easter eggs and green moss with pumpkins and pine cones. And aside from the mums and fresh pumpkins I didn't purchase one new decoration. I used everything I've collected over the years and am pretty proud of myself for not running straight to Michaels and filling two shopping carts full of fall decor.

 

 

 

Not exactly "fall" but I wanted to share a very special decoration in our home. After my Grandpa passed we each picked out a few items from his condo to keep. I decided to take a little of Grandma's key collection. She loved to collect keys and this only represents about a handful of her massive collection. I like to think a lot of these keys are very special - first home, first car, etc. 

 

Instead of carving or painting our pumpkins this year I wrapped them up in fishnet stockings. I love how they turned out!
