The Yummiest Banana Bread
My really good friend McKinsey makes the best dang banana bread I've ever had. One of the perks of our friendship is that I get a surprise loaf from time to time...and it never lasts more than a day in our house. Anyway, when it came time to sign up for food for Cristina's baby shower, I checked the box for banana bread and quickly texted McKinsey for her recipe. One of my favorite things about her recipe is that it contains NO NUTS! Personally, I hate nuts in my bread but if you like them you could always add them in. Oh, and I added poppy seeds into my bread too. Feel free to nix those if you aren't a fan.
I wish I had taken a better picture to really capture the deliciousness of this loaf but I was running behind for the party and quickly snapped a picture as I was slicing away.
