The Cutest Little Pumpkin at the Patch!

It's hard to believe that is was only one year ago that I posted "Our Little Pumpkin" pregnancy announcement and now that little pumpkin is in our arms and bringing us more joy each day! Over the weekend we took Caroline to Hodges Farm Pumpkin Patch to pick out a pumpkin. Okay, maybe it was more like we made Caroline pose in front of a million pumpkins and almost forgot to actually purchase a pumpkin until we were leaving. Anyway, we invited Grandmom and Grandad (Matt's parents) along for the event and it was the very best day ever. It was a crisp, gorgeous fall day and we arrived early enough to beat the crowds. Combined I think we took over 1,000 photos but don't fret because I promise to only post a few.

As if providing farm animals, popcorn, cider, hay rides and pumpkins wasn't enough, Hodges Farm also has the cutest little wagons for your pumpkin shopping pleasure. Caroline was definitely a fan...for about 75 photos. 

However, since it was pretty chilly and windy we transferred her back to her cozy stroller and tucked her inside the JJ Cole Urban Bundleme for a long walk through the patch. We've been anxiously waiting to break out this thermaplush pocket of a blanket and Caroline loved it.
